Drav, en viktig restprodukt från ölbryggning, kan omvandlas till en ingrediens i goda, hållbara och nyttiga livsmedel. Projektet leds av RISE och i projektgruppen ingår Axfood, Axfoundation, Bageri Gruppen, Carlsberg Sverige, Elajo och Fazer.
