KristinaEco – New Business from Nature

The Circular Bioeconomy in Kristinestad project creates new business opportunities for farmers, forest owners, and fish processors by developing products from by-products and production that would otherwise go to waste. We bring together agricultural, forestry, and fisheries entrepreneurs, researchers, and processing companies to develop new business models based on production side streams, such as vegetable tops, logging residues, and fish offal.

At Business Kristinestad, we are developing the KristinaEco Living Lab environment in the Kristinestad region.
